Frank Theodore Turner

Frank Theodore was born in 1909 in Jefferson Co, IL. Frank Theodore's father was Alva Nola Turner and his mother was Amy E. Neal. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Averett Turner and Mary Jane Cox. He had a sister named Mary Lee. He was the younger of the two children.
