Jane Statia Dewey 
Jane Statia was born on August 7th, 1837 in Cambridge, MICH.1 Jane Statia's father was Francis Asbury Dewey and her mother was Mary Ann Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Betsey Bigelow Knight; her maternal grandparents were Isaac Smith and Mary Selleck. She had five brothers named George Henry, John William, Albert Francis, Franklin Smith and Isaac Simeon. She was the oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Lester Hoxie, Irving Allen and Mary Jane. She died at the age of 17 on February 10th, 1855.1 -
