Betsey Baldwin Dewey 
Betsey Baldwin was born on September 4th, 1811 in Berlin, VT.1 Betsey Baldwin's father was Israel Dewey and her mother was Nancy Hovey. Her paternal grandparents were William Dewey and Rebecca Carrier; her maternal grandparents were Roger Hovey and Martha Freeman. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Israel, Harry Hovey, Frederick Freeman, Israel Otis, John Calvin, Anna Maria, Martha Louisa, Eunetia Parthenia, Mary Eliza and Nancy Maria. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She had three half-brothers named Daniel Havens, Alonzo Baldwin and Milton Carrier. She died at the age of 76 on July 11th, 1888 in Reed City, MICH age 76.1 -
