Otis Alvord 
Otis was born on May 26th, 1794 in East Hampton, CT.1 Otis' father was Seth Alvord and his mother was Sarah Sears. His paternal grandparents were Seth Alvord and Elizabeth Spencer; his maternal grandparents were Ebenezer Sears and Elizabeth Cooke. He had a brother and two sisters, named Chauncey Hart, Beulah and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Ashbel, Seth, Zenas, Lydia, Ruth and Sarah. He died at the age of 71 on January 20th, 1866 in Elmira, NY.1 -
