Will of NATHAN ORR of the County of Mecklenburg being in my ordinary health of body... to wife my wife MILDRIDGE ORR, one third part of all my real estate (except the legacy to my son JAMES ORR), one third part of all my personal estate & negro WINE, horse & saddle, etc., to son WILLIAM ORR, £100 to executors to pay to HENRY EUSTACE McCULLOH £30 for sd WILLIAM ORRs land, the remaining £70 to be paid to him; to son JAMES ORR, all that part of my land south of the line drawn..... & south of the old road leading from my house to JAMES ORRs House..... to son NATHAN ORR, a bay horse & some time afterward said NATHAN with my consent bought a certain plantation from ISAAC ALEXANDER & gave said horse in part of pay for the same, and my bond stands for the remainder, and one wench PHEBE; to son SAMPLE ORR, remainder of my lands.... the negro DICK; to daughters CATHARINE ALEXANDER, ISABELLA BEATY, MILDREDGE, £10 each; to daughter AGNESS ORR a girl named BET, etc.; wife MILDRIDGE ORR, my son WILLIAM ORR & NATHAN ORR my brothers son, executors. This 18 day of May 1779.
