I give to my beloved sons JAMES, WILLIAM, JOHN & ROBERT, and to my daughter ELIZABETH LEMMOND, now ELIZABETH GARRISON, the sum of $1.50 each. I give to my daughters ANN and NANCY LEMMOND $20 each to be paid by my sons CYRUS & MARS LEMMOND out of the benefits arising to them from my land that I now live on.
