Hiram Thomas Wilcox 
Hiram Thomas was born on April 7th, 1833 in Great Valley, Cattaraugus County New York. Hiram Thomas' father was Seymour Wilcox and his mother was Sally C. Sargent. His maternal grandparents were Enoch Sargent and Abigail Chase. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Seymour Augustus, Isaiah Clark, Edwin, Melbourne, Melvin, Emaline, Elmira, Mary Ann, Rebecca and Evelina Caroline. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 29 in October 1862 in In Civil War.General Notes
Hiram died of disease soon after he enlisted. Military Civil War Company G 94th N.Y. V.I. He was living in Iowa at the time.
