Edwin Wilcox 
Edwin was born on October 7th, 1839 in Hinsdale, Cattaraugus County New York. Edwin's father was Seymour Wilcox and his mother was Sally C. Sargent. His maternal grandparents were Enoch Sargent and Abigail Chase. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Seymour Augustus, Hiram Thomas, Isaiah Clark, Melbourne, Melvin, Emaline, Elmira, Mary Ann, Rebecca and Evelina Caroline. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 79 on January 20th, 1919 in Great Valley, Cattaraugus County New York. He was buried in Chamberlain Cemetary, Great Valley, New York.General Notes
