Isabelle Matilda B. was born in December 1871 in Missouri. Isabelle Matilda B.'s father was Peter J Scoular and her mother was Rebecca Dodrill. Her paternal grandfather was Thomas James Scoular and her paternal grandmother is Margaret Barr; her maternal grandfather was William Coleman Dodrill and her maternal grandmother is Amanda Holcomb. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William T, James P, Sarah M., Hulda B., Jane and Rebecca. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died after 1930 in Bismark, Burleigh County, North Dakota.-
