Charles Rowland Hillard 
Charles Rowland was born on March 20th, 1878 in Portage, Wood County, Ohio. Charles Rowland's father was Reuben Perez Hillard and his mother was Mary Ann Dresser. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Hillard and Martha McDonald. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Robert Ross, Frank Donnelly, Nellie May, Laura Augusta Frederica and Daisy E.. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 59 in 1937.-
