Lydia Cassie was born on September 21st, 1894 in Junction, Piute, Utah. Lydia Cassie's father was Alexander Davis and her mother was Mary Morrill. Her maternal grandparents were Laban Morrill and Lydia Davis. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alonzo Alexander, Bert, Chancey Vordest, George Arnold, John Clarence, Mary Mellissa, Bertha Elmina, Delma and Emily Frances.
