Thomas R. was born on November 30th, 1894 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamei County, Iowa.1 Thomas R.'s father was George Edward Bailey and his mother was Sarah M. Schoolir. His paternal grandparents were Job Joseph Bailey and Philista Bailey; his maternal grandparents were Peter J Scoular and Rebecca Dodrill. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William Peter, Manford, George Edward, Minnie Isbelle, Florence R., Ida Jane, Delilah Margaret and Amanda F. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 76 in December 1970 in Sandy, Salt Lake, Utah, United States of America.2 General Notes
