Matilda Jane Evans 
Matilda Jane was born on February 6th, 1847 in AL. Matilda Jane's father was Joseph Evans and her mother was Cynthia Perry Young. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Evans and Sarah Hetty May. She had three brothers named James Franklin, Willis Granbury and John. She was the oldest of the four children. She had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, Evan, Robert, Edward, William, Joseph Jr., Jefferson C., Margaret Frances, Frances, Sarah Eloise and Amelia Millie.
