Alice was born about 1300 in Hadley,Staffordshire,England.  Alice's father was Baron, Lord Hugh Audley and her mother is Isolde Mortimer.  Her paternal grandparents were Baron James Audley and Ela Longspee; her maternal grandfather was Edmund Mortimer and her maternal grandmother is Margaret de Fiennes. She had a brother named Hugh.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died in Greystoke,Northumberland,England.  She was buried in Durham Cathedral,England.

‌Alice and Ralph were married in a religious ceremony on November 25th, 1317.  They had a son named William.

‌Alice and Ralph were married in a religious ceremony in England.  They had six sons and six daughters, named Ralph, Thomas, Robert, Alexander, John, William, Eleanor, Euphemia, Katherine, Elizabeth, Isabel and Margaret.
