Benjamin Franklin Shipley 
Benjamin Franklin was born on May 5th, 1833 in Sullivan Co., Tennessee.1 Benjamin Franklin's father was Orson Shipley and his mother was Hannah O Hunt. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Shipley , Sr and Catherine Wells. He had four brothers and six sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John H, Orson Austin, David Wells, Jessie Perry, Catherine Wells, Sarah, Nancy, Martha, Barbara, Mary Elizabeth and Beyer. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 89 on December 30th, 1922.1 General Notes
