Her paternal grandparents were Jarl "The Wise" Eysteinson (The wise) Rognwald and Hrolfsdatter (Hilda of More) Ragnild; her maternal grandfather was Pepin III Count of Senlis de Valois and her maternal grandmother is de Rennes. She had two brothers named Longespee and Grimald of Monoco. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother named Ancitel of Bessin. She died at the age of 45 on October 14th, 0962.2 General Notes

WFT 4, Trees #0008 and #0902, WFT 9, Tree #1051, and WFT 10, Tree#1160 show her mother as Gisella of France, dau of Charles III of France.
The Directory of Royal Genealogy does not resolve the matter. Itindicates that her mother is Poppa...the entry for Rollo shows all of hischildren born to Poppa, but it lists Adele as born in 917 (in the 21styear of the marriage) and shows the marriage to Gisela of France takingplace in 912, 5 years before the birth of Gisela.
This tree follows her as the dau of Gisella of France, but is thatcorrect?
