Beatrix was born about 1052 in Graville St Honorine, Normandy, France.1   Beatrix's father was William I Malet and her mother was Elsie Hesilia Crispin.  Her paternal grandfather was Robert Malet; her maternal grandfather was Gilbert  Crispin Earl De Briony and her maternal grandmother is Gunnora d'AUNOU. She had a brother named William II. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Gilbert, Alan II de, Lucy Beatrice and Aelfgifu.


Beatrix's family with Vicomte William Vicomte d' Arques

‌Beatrix and William Vicomte d' were married in a religious ceremony before 1071 in 2nd wife.  They had three daughters named Maud, Maud d' and Emma d'.
