King of Italy Holy Roman Emperor was born about 0822 in Lorraine, France.1   King of Italy Holy Roman Emperor's father was Holy Roman Emperor Lothair I and his mother was , Holy Roman Empress Queen of Italy Ermengarde of Orleans.  His paternal grandparents were Emperor of the West Louis I "The Pious", Emperor of The West and Ermengard Princess of Hesbaye; his maternal grandparents were 'The Abbot' Count of Tours Hugh II and Ava Countess of Upper Alsace. He had five brothers and two sisters, named 'The Young' Holy Roman Empire, , King of Italy, , Saxon King Of Lorraine, Lotharius II, King of Italy, Charles King of, Helletrude of and Princess of Lorraine.  He died on August 12th, 0875 in Near Brescia, Lombardy, Italy.1
