Turf-Einar Ragnvaldssøn Jarl of Orkney

Turf-Einar Ragnvaldssøn was born in 0852 in of Maer, Nord-Trondelag, Norway.  Turf-Einar Ragnvaldssøn's father was Ragnvald I Eysteinssøn "the Wise" Jarl of Maer and his mother is Groa. He had two brothers named Hallad Ragnvaldssøn and Hrollaug.  He was the second oldest of the three children. He had four half-brothers named Hrollager (Hrollaug), Thori Ragnvaldsson the Silent, Ivar and Rolf (Rollo) "Wend-a-Foot".  He died about 0910.
