Thori Ragnvaldsson the Silent Jarl of Maer

Thori Ragnvaldsson the Silent was born in 0856 in of Maer, Nord-Trondelag, Norway.  Thori Ragnvaldsson the Silent's father was Ragnvald I Eysteinssøn "the Wise" Jarl of Maer and his mother was Ragnhild (Hildr) Hrolfsdottir. He had three brothers named Hrollager (Hrollaug), Ivar and Rolf (Rollo) "Wend-a-Foot".  He is the second oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers named Hallad Ragnvaldssøn, Turf-Einar Ragnvaldssøn and Hrollaug.
