franklin LEO was born on February 15th, 1872 in Heber City, Wasatch, UT. Franklin LEO's father was John Wesley Witt and his mother was Lovina BIGELOW. His paternal grandparents were Robert L WITT and Dorcas WILLIS; his maternal grandparents were Nathum BIGELOW and Mary Gibbs. He had seven brothers and seven sisters, named Dewitt Clinton, John Wesley, Robert Naham, Daniel Brigham, Milton Musser, Alphonzo Moroni, Jesse Monroe, Lucy Lovina, Anna Eudora, Nancy Louisa, Mary Susana, Sarah Elizabeth, Dorcas Miriam and Marian Dorcas (Maude). He was the fourth youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 85 on February 26th, 1957 in Heber City, Wasatch, UT. He was buried on March 1st, 1957 in Heber City, Wasatch, UT.-
