Jesse Monroe was born on July 16th, 1877 in Heber, Wasatch, UT. Jesse Monroe's father was John Wesley Witt and his mother was Lovina BIGELOW. His paternal grandparents were Robert L WITT and Dorcas WILLIS; his maternal grandparents were Nathum BIGELOW and Mary Gibbs. He had seven brothers and seven sisters, named Dewitt Clinton, John Wesley, Robert Naham, Daniel Brigham, Milton Musser, Alphonzo Moroni, franklin LEO, Lucy Lovina, Anna Eudora, Nancy Louisa, Mary Susana, Sarah Elizabeth, Dorcas Miriam and Marian Dorcas (Maude). He was the youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 77 on January 1st, 1955 in Heber, Wasatch, UT. He was buried on January 3rd, 1955 in Heber, Wasatch, UT.General Notes
