Palmer Grant was born on December 1st, 1917 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah. Palmer Grant's father was Wesley Palmer Witt and his mother was Thelma VAN WAGONER. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Brigham Witt and Susanna Content PALMER; his maternal grandparents were William VANWAGONER and Lenora Ann JACQUES. He had a brother named Dean RUSSELL. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 78 on September 21st, 1996 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
