Thelma was born on September 9th, 1898 in Provo, Utah, Utah. Thelma's father was William VANWAGONER and her mother was Lenora Ann JACQUES. Her paternal grandparents were John Halmagh VAN WAGONER and Clarissa TAPPEN; her maternal grandparents were George William JACQUES and Louise Adelaid PHILLIPS. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Thelma, Living, Blaine, Luciel, Cuba, Cordeilia and Ruth. She died at the age of 100 on December 9th, 1998 in Draper, Salt Lake, Utah. She was buried on December 12th, 1998 in Draper City Cemetary.-
