Her paternal grandparents were James WILSON and Ellender or Eleanor SHELFER; her maternal grandfather was Henry KELLY and her maternal grandmother is Jane Catherine HUNT. She had eight brothers and ten sisters, named Ervin Riley, Alfred Gideon, Elmer, Sylvester, Thomas, Elijah Nicholas, Elias, James Henry, Mary Elizabeth, Palace Ann, Mary Catherine, Sarah, Melvina, Frances Marion, Mary, Martha Jane, Jeanette and Harriott. She was the seventh oldest of the nineteen children. She died at the age of 49 on September 26th, 1882 in Wellsville, Cache, UT. She was buried on November 10th, 1882 in Wellsville, Cache, UT.-
