Willis Albert Thompson

Willis Albert was born on March 23rd, 1851 in Shelby, Shelby, IA. Willis Albert's father was Edmund Hobert Thompson Sr. and his mother was Frances Rachel WELBORN. His paternal grandparents were James Medad Thompson and Phebe Hobert; his maternal grandparents were James Dudley WELBORN and Malinda NEWMAN. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Hyrum Almanza, Edmund Hobert, James Medad, Nancy Jane, Phebe Malinda, Frances Asceneth, Sarah Ann, Elizabeth Ellen, Nancy Jane, Harriet Rachel and Mary Eliza. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 81 on October 22nd, 1932 in Escalante, Garfield, UT. He was buried on October 24th, 1932.
