Edmund Hobert was born on July 17th, 1829 in STANLEY, Erie, PA. Edmund Hobert's father was James Medad Thompson and his mother was Phebe Hobert. His paternal grandparents were David Thompson and Betsey Tyler; his maternal grandparents were Edmund Hobert and Experience Wheeler. He had four brothers and eight sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Calvin William, Hyram Almanza, James Melvin, George BROWN, Cynthia, Eliza Jane, Angeline, Emme, Elvira, Harriet Asenath, Louisa Ann, Saphrone and E--E. He was the third oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 62 on December 9th, 1891 in Mark, HALLEY. He was buried in December 1891.-
