John SISSON 
John was born on June 26th, 1688 in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island. John's father was George SISSON and his mother was Sarah LAWTON. His paternal grandparents were Richard SISSON and Mary Mrs SISSON; his maternal grandparents were Thomas LAWTON and Elizabeth Salisbury. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Richard, George, Thomas, James, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Hope, Ruth and Abigail. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 96 in 1784 in Dartmouth, Bristol, MA.-
