Mary Catherine was born on April 8th, 1842 in FRANKLIN CO. Mary Catherine's father is Peter Louis Holland and her mother was ELIZEBETH Greer Ferguson. Her maternal grandparents were Stephen D. Ferguson and Rhoda Greer. She had six brothers and five sisters, named John CAROLUS, James HUETT, Stephen Louis, TELEMUCHUS, William Pierce, Peter Louis, Frances Letitia, Rhoda Ann Judson, Sarah ELIZEBETH, Eliza GILLIE and Flora Alice. She is the third oldest of the twelve children.-
