Elizabeth Belle

Elizabeth was born on June 26th, 1855 in , Barren, Kentucky.  Elizabeth's father was Wilbern William BELLE and her mother was Margaret Ann SMITH. She had nine sisters named Jane, Sallie Ann, Rebecca, Mary Hays, Nancy, Minerva, Lucinda, Victoria and Emma.  She was the third youngest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 87 on October 12th, 1942 in , Barren, Kentucky.  She was buried in Belle Cem. Greer Farm, Etoile, Barren, KY.

‌Elizabeth and James William were married in a religious ceremony on July 17th, 1880 in , Barren, KY.
