Elizabeth was born about 1437 in Grafton Regis,  Northamptonshire, England.  Elizabeth's father was Richard Wydeville and her mother was Jacquetta de St. Pol of Luxemburg.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Wydeville and Elizabeth Joan Bedlisgate; her maternal grandparents were Pierre I of Luxemburg and Marguerite de Baux del Balso. She had nine brothers and six sisters, named Anthony, John, Lionel, Edward, John, Lewis, Martha, Thomas, Richard, Margaret, Anne, Jacquetta, Eleanor, Catherine and Mary.  She was the oldest of the sixteen children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Richard and Mary.  She died in St. Saviour's Abbey convent, Bermondsey, London, England.  She was buried in St. George's Chapel, Windor Castle, Berkshire, England.

‌Elizabeth and John were married in a religious ceremony about 1450 in Privately married.  They had two sons named Richard and Thomas I.

‌Elizabeth and Edward IV Plantagenet of were married in a religious ceremony on May 1st, 1464 in Grafton Regis, Northants, Northamptonshire, England.  They had three sons and seven daughters, named Edward V the Boy King of, Richard Plantagenet of, George, Mary, Margaret, Anne, Catherine, Bridget, Elizabeth Plantagenet of and Cicely.
