Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Warnsturff and Mary Fisher; her maternal grandparents were Peter Pope and Catherine Hefner. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Peter P., Jacob, Noah, Rebecca and Susan. She died at the age of 40 on March 19th, 1866 in South Fork, Pendleton County, West Virginia.
