Daniel Volck

Daniel was born on May 22nd, 1752 in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Daniel's father was Jacob Daniel Folk and his mother was Mary Dewees. His paternal grandparents were Andreas Volck and Anna Catharina Meckel. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Johannes, Wilhelm, David, Carl, Maria, Benigna and Dorothea. He is the third youngest of the eight children.
