Benigna Volck

Benigna was born on August 13th, 1749 in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Benigna's father was Jacob Daniel Folk and her mother was Mary Dewees. Her paternal grandparents were Andreas Volck and Anna Catharina Meckel. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Johannes, Wilhelm, David, Daniel, Carl, Maria and Dorothea. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
