Ralph Edward was born on September 10th, 1901 in Piqua, Miami County, Ohio. Ralph Edward's father was Frank Heckler Stoker and his mother was Lida Belle Randall. His paternal grandparents were Peter John Stoker and Elizabeth Michael. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Warren Randall, John Oral, Ethel Mary and Kathryn Elizabeth. He is the second youngest of the five children.-
