Frank Heckler was born on November 17th, 1856. Frank Heckler's father was Peter John Stoker and his mother was Elizabeth Michael. His paternal grandparents were Balzer Stoker and Elizabeth Fox. He had two sisters named Ella and Cora. He was the oldest of the three children. He died after 1903.-
