Martin Sever Stenehjem

Martin Sever was born on October 17th, 1885 in Spring Grove, Minnesota. Martin Sever's father was Andreas Amundson Stenehjem and his mother was Gunvar Trehus. His paternal grandparents were Amund Asbjornson Stenehjem and Kari Olsdotter Qualey. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Albert A., Thomas A., Peter Olaf, John Edwin, Gerhard Andrew, Arthur Fridtjof Otto, Odin Nelius, Styrk Christian Teman, Clara Mathilda and Anne Jeanette Theodora. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 77 on May 23rd, 1963 in Minot, Ward County, North Dakota. He was buried in Minot, Ward County, North Dakota.
