Pete Skaggs

Pete was born after 1860. Pete's father was Henry Skaggs and his mother was Sarah Shaffer. His maternal grandparents were Peter Shaffer and Mary George. He has five brothers named Carpenter, Eddie, Henry Allen, Wayne and Willie. He is the third youngest of the six children. He has two half-sisters named Melissa and Elmira.
