Paulser Shaver 
Paulser was born in 1811 in Rockingham County, Virginia. Paulser's father was Isaac Shaver and his mother was Mary Hyer. His paternal grandfather is Jacob Shaver; his maternal grandparents were Leonard Hyer and Catharine Radabaugh. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Abraham, Jacob, Jesse, Charlotte, Catherine and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 60 in 1871 in Braxton County, Virginia.General Notes
