Helen Virginia was born on November 20th, 1858 in Marion County, West Virginia. Helen Virginia's father was William Shaver and her mother was Josina Hill. Her paternal grandparents were John Shaver and Leah Norris. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Napoleon Bonaparte, Benjamin Franklin, William Parker, Luther H., Sylvanus L., Winfield Scott, James Otis, Elizabeth, Rosina R. and Josephine B.. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1877.-
