Essaias Shaver 
Essaias was born before 1874. Essaias' father was Samuel L. Shaver and his mother was Sarah Jane Kiser. His paternal grandparents were John David Shaver and Nancy Tanner; his maternal grandparents were Martin Kiser and Mary Ferrell. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Isiah Elias, Ulysses Samuel, Ezekial, H. Martin, Isaiah W., Paul, Pharoah E., Sarah Catherine Jane, Viola Ollie and Cellia J.. He is the second oldest of the eleven children.-
