Royd Boone Shafer 
Royd Boone was born on June 7th, 1917. Royd Boone's father was George Edward Shafer and his mother was Flora Boone. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Shaver and Lucinda Judy. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Arthur, Robert Lewis, Samuel Paul, William Bruel, Charles Ovid, Edward Earl, Elmer Ray, Harold Harding, Mary Louise and Anna Lee. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 68 on September 8th, 1985.-
