William Arthur Rogers 
William Arthur was born on April 28th, 1929. William Arthur's father is Arthur Rogers and his mother was Pina Katherine Shafer. His maternal grandparents were Daniel Washington Shaver and Martha C. Deitz. He had two brothers and a sister, named John Daniel, Robert Franklin and Betty Jane. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 41 on April 28th, 1970.-
