Betty Jane was born after 1929. Betty Jane's father is Arthur Rogers and her mother was Pina Katherine Shafer. Her maternal grandparents were Daniel Washington Shaver and Martha C. Deitz. She had three brothers named John Daniel, Robert Franklin and William Arthur. She is the oldest of the four children.-
