George Washington Moore 
George Washington was born in 1883. George Washington's father was James Monroe Moore and his mother was Mahala Shaver. His paternal grandparents were James J. Moore and Mary Catherine Shaver; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Shafer and Jane Catherine Gincie Harper. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, Henry, Hesakiah, John William, James Albert, William L., Lessie, Elijah M., Mary Catherine and Sarah Jane. He died at the age of 78 in 1961.-
