Jonathan Hiatt 
Jonathan was born on February 13th, 1781 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). Jonathan's father was Evan Hiatt and his mother was Sarah Smith. His paternal grandparents were John Jr. Hiatt and Margaret Stephens; his maternal grandparents are Jeremiah Smith and Mary Elizabeth. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, John, Jeremiah Sr., Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Ann, Sarah and Martha. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 on December 5th, 1861 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). He was buried in North River Mill, Hampshire County, Virginia.-
