Barbara Hedrick 
Barbara was born in 1774 in Augusta or Pendleton County, West Virginia. Barbara's father was Carl Johann Casper Hedderich and her mother was Barbara Conrad. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Caspar Hedderich and Magdalena Braumuller; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Conrad and Frena Svena Lauk. She had six brothers and a sister, named Jacob S., John, Frederick, Charles, Adam, Henry and Magdalena. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 76 in January 1850 in Braxton County, Virginia.-
