Benjamin Conrad 
Benjamin was born in November 1774 in Augusta (now Pendleton County), Virginia. Benjamin's father was Jacob II Conrad and his mother was Hannah Bogard. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Conrad and Frena Svena Lauk; his maternal grandfather was Anthony Bogard and his maternal grandmother is UNKNOWN Ann. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Jacob III, Peter, Daniel, John, Ulrich, Sabrina, Frances, Barbara, Mary, Phoebe and Annie. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 78 on August 23rd, 1853 in Braxton County, Virginia.General Notes
