Joseph Fulk 
Joseph was born on October 16th, 1775 in Surry County, North Carolina. Joseph's father was Johan Adam Fulk and his mother was Maria Sarah Moser. His paternal grandparents were Andreas Volck and Maria Margaretha Romig. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Adam, Nathaniel, Leonard, Peter, John, Andrew, Anna Maria and Daughter. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on January 10th, 1857 in Salem, Washington County, Indiana. He was buried in Washington County, Indiana.-
