John Fulk 
John was born on January 6th, 1779 in Stokes or Surry County, North Carolina. John's father was Johan Adam Fulk and his mother was Maria Sarah Moser. His paternal grandparents were Andreas Volck and Maria Margaretha Romig. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Adam, Nathaniel, Leonard, Joseph, Peter, Andrew, Anna Maria and Daughter. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 70 in 1849 in Owens County, Indiana.General Notes
